China is a traditional agricultural country, the annual production of agricultural products is very huge, with the continuous development of the logistics industry in recent years, the proportion of agricultural logistics in the overall logistics industry has gradually increased, but the development of agricultural logistics in the logistics of fruits and vegetables is relatively slow, the production output of fruits and vegetables is not proportional to its logistics efficiency is still very serious phenomenon,Fruits and vegetables logistics in the packaging, loading and unloading, transportation, distribution and other aspects of efficiency has greater room for improvement, while the loss rate of fruit and vegetable products in the entire logistics process has been high.To improve the efficiency of logistics operations and reduce the loss rate of fruit and vegetable products in all aspects of logistics, this paper takes the cherry logistics operation mode of Yantai Shunfeng Express Company in Shandong Province as an example, and optimizes the various aspects of cherry logistics by introducing the palletized unitized logistics mode, and conducts an in-depth study on the issues of logistics center location, logistics link cost and customer satisfaction rate.(1)The conceptual characteristics of unitary logistics and the main types of unitary logistics models are summarized, this paper analyzed several existing models of fruit and vegetable logistics in the Yantai area and summarized the existing disadvantages and shortcomings, the cherry unitized logistics operation model is proposed and the advantageous features of the model are analyzed in detail, and the superiority of the model is elaborated.(2)At present, the number of logistics nodes of fruit and vegetable products in Yantai area is large and small in scale, not conducive to unitized scale distribution,in order to realize the scale of logistics operations,it is necessary to integrate logistics nodes into logistics centers, designed the method and process of selecting the location of the logistics center under the unitary logistics model,a detailed analysis of the purpose, influencing factors and objectives of the logistics center site selection, the evaluation indexes of logistics center site selection were established by hierarchical analysis, and a genetic algorithm was designed to solve the site selection model.(3)Based on the completion of the logistics center site selection for the optimization of logistics operations, the total cost of logistics links and customer satisfaction as an objective function,a multi-objective planning model for cherry-pallet unitized logistics by introducing 0-1 variables and setting time window constraints. The multi-objective planning model is solved by the NSGA II algorithm optimized by the elite strategy approach, and the algorithm process is designed according to the model characteristics, using 0-1 coding with two-point crossover to enrich the diversity of population individuals, and improving the accuracy of the output results by combining adaptive variation with non-dominated ranking.(4)The top 60 cherry production areas in the Yantai region were used as the research sample for empirical analysis, and the best site selection scheme was solved by analyzing and designing the important parameters of the algorithm.Obtaining all the data required for the operation of the NSGA II algorithm, including through field research. From the perspective of logistics enterprises,by comparing the cost before and after optimization of unitized logistics mode,it is concluded that unitized logistics mode can reduce logistics cost to a greater extent and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. From the consumer’s point of view, unitized logistics can effectively improve the freshness of the fruit and certain price concessions, which increases the customer satisfaction rate.
