The third party logistics is which through the first or the second party’scooperation to provide professional logistics service. It is a form of logistics that thethird party professional enterprise is undertaking the enterprise logistics activities.The modern third party logistics is a industry which has a history of about15years.The third party logistics market in the world has great potential, progressive and highgrowth characteristics. The third party logistics in China is still in the initial stage ofdevelopment. The third party logistics enterprises should strive to learn foreignadvanced logistics management technology and management methods, then need tocombine with their own actual situation, to establish modern logistics system whichsuitable for in the modern environment.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the mobile phonehas become an indispensable tool in the production and living. With the deepening ofsocial specialization, mobile phone manufacturers and distributors’ demand forprofessional logistics service provided by third party logistics company is gettinggreater and greater, requirements are also rising, which makes logistics enterprises ofmobile phone have been developing quickly. Under the background of thecompetition is increasingly vigorous and the development of social division, theprofessional logistics enterprises of mobile phone has obvious superiority that it hasmore flexibility and competitiveness which can be seen from a higher point, on alarger scale and in the complex and ever-changing market environment. Due to themobile phone’s characteristics of small size and high value, it has the high demandsof third party logistics enterprise’s storage conditions, the quality of the operator, thelevel of management and distribution quality. The logistics enterprises of mobilephone are obviously difficult to meet these demands now. The contradictions betweenlogistics accident often happen and the rapid development of mobile logistics industry are becoming increasingly acute. These problems of risk management mainly include:1. the third party logistics enterprise of mobile phone’s risk control consciousness isweak, and it lack of an effective risk control system;2.the overall risk managementquality of enterprise employees is not high;3. organization guarantee of the enterpriserisk control is not perfect;4. the infrastructure and equipment of the enterpriselogistics are aging and backward;5.because mobile phone logistics marketcompetition is intense in recent years and the profits of the whole business isdeclining, the investment of risk management by the enterprise is insufficient;6. thedevelopment of the logistics insurance lag behind and innovation is insufficient.These factors of the third party logistics enterprises of mobile phone facing haveseriously hampered the development and growth of enterprises.This paper takes H Company’s logistics project of mobile phone as an example.Firstly, it introduces the general situation and operation of H Company’s logisticsproject of the mobile phone. Secondly on the foundation of showing project operationprocess, it concludes and identifies the risks of project facing. Thirdly, it is using therisk evaluation method from three indicators which are the probability of occurrence,damage degree and the ability of test to calculate the risk value. Last, according to thecalculated results to put forward corresponding measures to reduce loss of the risk.The paper proposes a scheme of transport, warehousing and insurance to the riskcontrol of H Company’s third party logistics project of mobile phone, in order to helpenterprises to enhance the ability to resist risks, and promote the healthy developmentof enterprises.
