A Case Study Of Branch Reformation Of S Bank In Dalian

Central Economic Conference 2015 emphasized the value of the structural reform of supply-side among the subjects of financial reform.As the first and foremost offices providing financial services,Business Outlets are non-substitutable for the commercial bank industry regarding business development,customer relationship and enhance competitiveness.Key factors such as the booming of Internet,peers cut-throat competition have forced pressures on the traditional business model of Business Outlets.The decline of the branches’ profit pushes forward the urgency of the reformation in the commercial bank industry.Both the domestic and international bank branches are trying to identify the problem form different perspectives.They have made efforts to be more customer-centric and diversification as the service provider just to gain more competitive power.Our research is based on a branch of S bank in the city of Dalian.Our objective is to study how to enhance branches’ core-competitiveness by seeking the reformation,we are trying to find theoretical foundations of the issues we are facing right now as a commercial bank branches.Take F branch as an example,with the theories,we are proposing the possible solution and safeguard measure of bank reformation and ultimately be a positive direction for S bank.Our study will be divided into seven segments.First chapter will cover our research’s background,objectives,and the methods.Second chapter will go depth into foreign papers and introducing the definition of branch reformation,channel management method,intelligent banking theory,new branches doctrine and more.Chapter three will introduce the current position of our subject,branch of S bank in Dalian and explore the problems of reformation,using the examples from F Branch.Chapter four uses the method of comparative analysis to study and propose the possible operational measures as our subjects itself.Chapter five will take F branch as the example and propose the safeguard measure and branch reformation project of S bank in Dalian.Chapter six summarize the prospect of branch reformation in the future.Chapter seven is the conclusion of our study.
