The Analysis On Competences Of Basic Business Outlets Of ICBC SYS Branch

As banking industry competition is becoming fiercer in recent years, commercial bank core competence has new connotation. As the most basic unit of commercial banks and the forefront of business services, the branch has become the key factors of promoting commercial bank core competitiveness. Competitiveness analysis of outlets has become an important task of commercial bank. Although ICBC are always leading from other commercial Banks in network of competitiveness consciousness, the practice of the specific network core competitive ability of ascension is lack of theoretical guidance and system research. This article takes SYS branch of ICBC as a representative,and analyzes the influence factors of the core competitiveness. This article puts forward countermeasures to solve the specific problems existing in the outlets.In this paper, on the basis of the research on domestic and abroad enterprise competitiveness theory, this article analyzes the competitiveness of the SYS branch outlets and competition situation, probes core influencing factors of SYS branches competitiveness,draws the conclusion: corporate image and brand value, comprehensive strength, service efficiency, service quality, service motivation, service innovation, customer loyalty, employee loyalty is the key factors influencing the network competitiveness promotion. Business outlets should formulate the long-term development of the network planning from the several aspects.Countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward based on influence factors.
