The Improvement Of D Company Equipment Management Based On The TPM Theory

The development of China’s economy cannot be separated from the improvement and progress of the manufacturing industry.In order to improve market competitiveness,manufacturing enterprises in our country need to continuously purchase high-end equipment to strengthen the hardware strength of enterprises and meet the product quality requirements.However,for manufacturing enterprises in China,only own high-end equipment cannot meet the development requirements of modern enterprises.Therefore,how to realize the long-term use of equipment in the enterprise and improve the overall efficiency of equipment has become the key factor for the contemporary manufacturing enterprises to maintain the competitive advantage.The introduction and implementation of advanced equipment management theory in the enterprise can be said to be one of effective approaches to improve product quality and equipment efficiency,reduce maintenance cost,shorten delivery time,improve employee’s occupational accomplishment and ensure production safety.Based on TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)equipment management theory,this paper puts focus on equipment management problems of D company,and proposes an equipment management thinking containing total involvement maintenance,professional maintenance,proposal improvement,etc.combined with the company’s own characteristics,to establish an equipment maintenance system for D company.Provide a beneficial guarantee for D company to implement D company’s equipment management system through adjusting equipment management organization,strengthening equipment-related personnel performance assessment,formulating equipment maintenance standards and enhancing staff training,and upgrade D company’s equipment management level to become the first-class enterprise in the world.This paper does not only have some guiding significance for the D company to improve equipment management level,but also has a certain practical significance for TPM equipment management theory applied in practice,furthermore,it provides a certain reference for enterprises of the same industry to implement TPM equipment management theory.
