| After more than ten years of development,the domestic LCD panel industry gradually rises,forms industrial clusters and becomes the world’s major manufacturing center.Currently,many areas need to apply the product and product gap is large.In order to meet the ever-increasing requirements of the product,the number of product lines continue to increase,a large number of enterprises enter this area,and competition between enterprises enters into the white-hot state.In this case,in order to get development,enterprises must start from the management,adjust and optimize the various elements in the current business management,which includes not only production efficiency,product development,personnel quality and logistics,but also product quality and production cost.Only if enterprises continue to optimize their business management mechanism,can they get better development.Total production maintenance(TPM)is a new management theory which takes the improvement of production efficiency as the core,focuses on the entire production system and is committed to reducing all kinds of unnecessary losses.The losses here include many aspects,including not only disasters and failures,but also waste.In the whole process of improving the production system,on the one hand,enterprises should take strict management.On the other hand,enterprises should introduce small groups to improve the production system,optimize the activities of all departments and personnel,so as to minimize the loss.This theory was first proposed by the Japanese,which was initially defined as productive maintenance system of whole staff participation.The target of this management method is the equipment.Although it involves the entire department and personnel of the production system,the production sector is the main body specifically.Later,in the process of continuous practice and improvement,the concept is perfected to have a broad definition,that is,the mechanism that takes the improvement of the efficiency of the production system as the goal,focuses on the overall situation of the production system and mobilizes the whole staff to avoid loss.The management theory was first applied in Japan’s automotive industry,later developed maturely and applied to other manufacturing industries.It mainly aims at two types of enterprises,one is the installation business,and the other is the assembly business.The effect of TPM on the application in these industries in Japan is striking,which effectively improved the efficiency of the production system and was highly accepted by the Japanese internal industry.Later,TPM was gradually introduced to other Asian countries,which also obtained a very good response.Among them,it obtained relatively significant effect in South Korea.After its gradual promotion and maturity in Asia,it was then introduced to Europe,North and South America,more and more enterprises began to use this theory and reconstructed the production system.Besides,there are more and more researches centering on this area,and the research results are increasingly rich.This paper chooses Beijing Foxconn as the research object,analyzes the present situation of its production system,and points out its existing problems and shortcomings.On the basis of fully grasping the current situation,the paper optimizes the organizational structure and develops a sound promotion plan.At the end of the paper,combing with the actual operation situation of the specific improvement project,the paper points out the important significance of the management philosophy and methods to the improvement of enterprise production efficiency,as well as the effect of the management philosophy and methods on reducing losses,improving product quality and optimizing the organizational structure. |
