In twenty-first Century,the rapid development of information technology andcommunication technology,the development of electronic components have a huge impact.At present.Japan and the Asia Pacific region is the main production base of electronic components.China's electronic components industry scale,nearly 20 years of annual growth rate of 20%,more than 2006 of China's electronic components production scale of nearly3700 enterprises,sales income of more than about 600 billion yuan.The production of electronic components in China has been further modernized and large-scale,thus establishing the status of the world's largest producer of electronic components in china.Dalian D company is a company specializing in ceramic capacitors(MLCC)manufacturers.The company has 150 employees,37 R & D personnel,with annual sales of about $100 million.In the fierce market competition under the background of Dalian D company in order to survive and develop for a long time.Innovation as the core of the technical transformation is very urgent.This article is in the current intense market competition situation,analysis of Dalian D company,how to avoid weaknesses through technical transformation,to solve the problem of the survival and development of enterprises.In this paper,the development of electronic components industry statistical data and related research literature,from the international electronic components industry and the status of China's electronic components industry,analysis of the external environment faced by enterprises.From the microscopic point of view in-depth analysis of enterprise internal resources,follow the principle of complementarity,a clear direction of the technological transformation of enterprises.On the basis of these principles,this paper puts forward the possible scheme of technological transformation.On the basis of the analysis of the technical and market feasibility of these schemes,two schemes are selected for detailed analysis.In the end,the author has determined the technical transformation scheme of strong operability,strong anti risk ability and good economic benefit,and has put forward some suggestions for the company to deal with and solve the problem of cruel market competition.The research ideas and analysis framework of the technological innovation decision of the enterprise provide a useful reference for the small and medium-sized electronic components manufacturing enterprises based on the international market.
