| Along with the development of space technology, the quantity of electronic device and components used in the single aerospace product is getting more and more, and the requirements of quality and reliability for electronic device and components are becoming stricter and stricter as well. In China,since the basic level of the electronic device and component industry is increasing and the quality control in the product cycle of design, material selection, process, manufacturing in the electronic device and component producers is guaranteed in some extent, the quality of electronic device and components is improved observably. However, the quality and reliability of the current domestic electronic device and components can not yet meet the requirements of aerospace products completely comparing with the needs of high reliability of aerospace product. In this situation, it is particularly important for the quality assurance of electronic device and components. Therefore, the users, that is to say, the aerospace companies need to strengthen the quality control in the process of selecting, purchasing, sieving, testing and utilizing.In this paper the current situation of quality assurance management of electronic device and component used in NASA, ESA and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) is analyzed. According to the external environment, the features and specific needs of electronic device and component supplied for CASC's aerospace products, the organization system for quality assurance of electronic device and components used in the aerospace product is designed the work process is optimized. In addition, the working requirement for supplying the electronic device and component is put forward. The significance of this research rests with strengthening the construction of the quality assurance system for supplying the electronic device and component. Meanwhile, the utilization of the electronic device and component will be improved and the quality and reliability of electronic device and component can be increaed. In this way, it is guaranteed that the tasks of research, development and manufacturing of the aerospace products can be carried out smoothly. |
