| Innovation is not only the cornerstone of the national economic and social development process,but also the core foundation and inexhaustible motive force.With the gradual establishment of the goal of economic globalization and innovation oriented country,enterprise is the basic unit of economic activity,but also an important carrier of innovation.Enterprises as the main body of dialogue with the global economy,it is an important way for China to enhance international competitiveness and strive for international discourse,and compensation management is to attract and retain qualified personnel and the key elements to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to make a detailed study of the salary of enterprise personnel.Specifically,this study is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,according to the study,what,how and why the idea of research questions based on the analysis of the research background and significance of research on the purpose and research contents of the thesis,and explains the structure of the article,again this article introduces the research technical route and research methods;the second chapter is the literature review and theoretical basis.The literature review from the relevant theoretical basis,compensation related concepts,performance management and related theory,is a review of the existing research of compensation,this part is the theoretical basis of this paper,some research support to optimize the salary scheme is also in Gansu International Corporation;Gansu evaluation compensation scheme the status of International Corporation in the third chapter,the status quo the status and salary system of International Corporation Gansu introduction,through to the enterprise internal compensation investigation,Gansu main problems of International Corporation currently existing salary system analysis;optimization of International Corporation compensation system of Gansu in the fourth chapter,through the analysis of the salary management system in Gansu International Corporation,and then analyzes its causes and the summary of the system,put forward the countermeasure of reasonable and scientific salary system optimization.The fifth part is conclusion and suggestions,the paper summarizes the research conclusions,and finally put forward the optimization measures for further description,highlight key points,make a summary.The results show that the overall salary satisfaction of the employees is satisfactory.According to each part of salary satisfaction,through the depth analysis found in Gansu International Corporation compensation management are five major issues,namely the compensation level of employees’ perception does not match the salary structure and salary management incentive system is weak,lack of reasonable communication channels,put forward the optimization measures of salary management and salary promotion countermeasure management satisfaction are to strengthen salary personalization,strengthen the incentive compensation,employees in compensation to broaden the channels of communication and feedback. |
