As an important means to improve the efficiency of enterprises,information construction has received more and more attention.Information Technology is more than ever present,for business matters within companies,between interconnected companies and or private individuals,for cloud computing solutions,Internet of Things,connected and mobile devices and many more Internet usages.IT has then become omnipresent.For enterprises engaged in the development of IT projects,they provide tremendous opportunities for the development of enterprises,and also make companies face the test of complex and multiple factors.Risk management has become crucial and has become the key to the success of IT project development.The successful development of IT projects requires efficient risk management,which effectively avoids risks in the development and construction process,finds key risk factors in the development process,and shifts the focus to preventing key risks.Therefore,all-round strengthening of risk management is of great significance for IT project management.This article takes Ningxia Chuangcheng Company as an example and applies comprehensive risk management theory to fully implement IT project risk management.Firstly,through field visits and document review methods,we have in-depth understanding of the actual situation of Ningxia Chuangcheng Company and the characteristics of its corporate development and construction projects,and analyzed the problems in the risk management process of Ningxia Chuangcheng Company's IT projects.Secondly,using the brainstorming method and the survey interview method to comprehensively identify project risks,obtain a list of risk factors,and divide the identified risk factors into nine categories according to the PMBoK project management system.Subsequently,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to assess the risk factors for the development and construction of the IT projects of the Chuangcheng Company,the impact of each risk factor on the achievement of the IT project's goals was obtained.Combining with the expert investigation method,the probability of the risk is obtained,the risk amount of the risk factor is obtained,the key risk factors that need to be focused are identified,and the analysis is performed.Next,using the results of risk identification and risk assessment,propose specific and feasible plans for project risk management,and use limited resources to deal with the risk factors that are most likely to occur and that cause the greatest losses.Finally,it discusses the protection of risk management from two aspects: environmental protection and mechanism guarantee.This article focuses on the risk management of IT projects and supplements it with comprehensive risk management.It proposes a risk management plan that information system development companies can refer to when facing IT projects.Through the implementation of the plan,the company can carry out risk assessment and risk response in a comprehensive manner toidentify risk and in-depth understanding of project status and project risk characteristics,effectively reduce risk uncertainty,reduce the risk of possible loss,and ensure the achievement of project objectives.Avoid adversely affecting the enterprise and further boost the growth of the company.At the same time,the program can also provide application experience for peer companies to carry out project risk management.
