| "Human error" belongs to the people for a research direction in the field of engineering,Refers to the individual in the specific working environment and work requirements,work in the process of the process of perception errors,identify the process failures and operation process failures which leads to the behavior deviation from the established target for the results.In the production activities of enterprises,people are the most important factors,occupying the leading position.The faults caused by human factors cause damage to the healthy development of enterprises.To prevent and control human error,and ultimately increase the efficiency of enterprises and enhance the reputation of enterprises,is the primary task of sustainable development of enterprises in the current social environment.Among them,the influence on the human error factors,researchers mainly focused on the research object of individual factors and technical factors,organizational factors of people are rarely seen in study because of errors,although the study pointed out that organizational factors are important factors affecting human error,but the lack of a large sample of data validation the research conclusion has strong subjectivity.Based on this,this paper combined with the discipline of management and psychology theory,the existence of the business failure and the influence of human factors in depth inquiry,research method and the demonstration,starting from the perspective of organizational communication,construct the human error model,clarify the organizational factors of human under the perspective error causing mechanism,and then on the basis of exploring the prevention and control of human error management measures,in order to prevent people and provide the theoretical basis and effective countermeasures for the management of errors.This study is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction.Firstly,this paper expounds background and significance of the paper and put forward the research questions;Secondly,this study expounds the purpose and significance from two parts of theory and reality;Finally,this section also carried out a detailed introduction to the main methods used in this study.The second part of literature review and research hypothesis.In the second part,this paper has sort out relevant research(human error;organization communication;basic psychological needs)at home and abroad,and also put forward the hypothesis of this paper.In the third part,it confirms the hypothesis through conversion,disposing and analysis of the questionnaire data.In the first place,the chapter is the question of payment of the circumstances and the questionnaire,including measurement items?results of the pilot survey?items of formal questionnaire.And then,discusses the empirical studies used statistical methods and the acquired data are processed by the questionnaire: The questionnaire data are first collected to check the reliability and validity of data in order to ensure the scientificity and reliability of data.Andthen,using statistical software to analyze the previous assumptions b-efore the validation.The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and management co-untermeasures.On the basis of the first five chapters,this chapter first summarizes the results obtained by this study.In addition,on the basis of the conclusions of this study,it puts forward some meaningful management countermeasures in enterprise management.Finally,the shortcomings and limitations of the research are summarized,and the future development direction of human error is summarized,which will provide effective suggestions for future research.Through the above research,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)Orga-nizational communication has asignificant negative impact on human error.Specifically,communication with leaders has a significant inhibitory effect on the occurrence of human errors.Communication with colleagues has a significant inhibitory effect on the occurrence of human errors,and communication atmosphere has a significant inhibitory effect on human errors.(2)The basic psychological demand plays a part of intermediary role between organizational communication and human error.For specific performance,communication with the leadership can reduce human errors through meeting the basic psychological needs(need for competence,need for autonmy,need for rela-tedness);communication with the colleaguescan reduce human errors through meeting the basic psychological needs(need for autonmy,need for relatedness);communicate on atmosphere can reduce human errors through meeting the basic psychological needs(need for autonmy,need for relatedness). |
