Study On Human Error Of G Bank Control System

Therefore, how do well the safety and maintenance work of banking system, and the reduction of the occurrence of human factors events are related to people’s livelihood event, which is an important issue worthy of in-depth study and discussion. So far, the commercial banks research more little for the analysis and prevention of human error, and lack of systematic human error analysis methods and specific preventive control measures, such as lack of analytical framework, imperfect classification of causal factors, difficult to trace back the root causes of organization etc. Therefore, in order to overcome these deficiencies, and identify the mechanism and laws of the occurrence of human errors to prevent and reduce human factors events from sources in commercial banking system. Firstly, the human error analysis model is established from the perspective of an organization, it includes organization, contextual environment, individual factor, psychological error mechanisms, human error, error recovery and defensive barrier. Then, the human error classification system is developed on the basis of the established classification principles and the collected information of classification of causal factors, and presents a detailed human error analysis method for guiding human factors events investigation and analysis, and gives an example of application. Furthermore, the human factors events of G banking system are re-analyzed using the established human error analysis method, and statistical analysis is carried out from the type of human error, psychological error mechanisms causing human errors, error recovery failures, barrier failures and causal factors causing human errors, to identify the laws of the occurrence of human errors and main problems in G banking system. Finally, the integrated prevention, control and recovery system of human error of commercial banking systems is established from the aspects of theory and institution system, technical support system, organization and management system as well as human error recovery system on the basis of system theory. It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the prevention and reduction of the occurrence of human errors in commercial banking systems. It has significance to prevent and avoid the reoccurrence of human factors events, strengthen banking system safety management, ensure banking business operation smooth, and promote social economic development.
