Enterprise culture is the indispensable core competitiveness of enterprise development.It is the same forward direction,values,beliefs and codes of conduct formed by the founder and follower of the enterprise and the basic staff in the life cycle of the enterprise.The enterprise spirit level culture and material Cultural and institutional culture together.Enterprises in the fierce competition in an invincible position,the establishment of realistic,unique corporate culture is very necessary.As far as the current situation is concerned,more and more scholars have realized that only from the perspective of economics and management to analyze the corporate culture has been unable to meet the practical needs of enterprise development,psychology is also a very important area.Based on this,psychological contract more and more scholars are concerned.Psychological contract is a kind of implicit,dynamic change "no written contract",it has the subjectivity,dynamic,two-way and uncertainty and other characteristics,can provide a new entry point for corporate culture construction.Based on the relevant research and understanding of psychological contract and corporate culture theory,this paper designs the employee psychological contract questionnaire with employee interview,combined with the actual operation and cultural construction of Yu Cheng real estate company.At the present stage,The relationship between the degree of responsibility fulfillment and the employee's perception of self-responsibility,the relationship between the enterprise and the employee's psychological contract structure is studied systematically.The results show that the level of responsibility of the enterprise and the employee at the present stage is in a state of superiority There are still a small number of employees perceived poor but the overall psychological contract level.Therefore,based on the theoretical basis,the present situation of enterprise culture and the summary of the empirical analysis,the main problems on the road of cultural development of Yu Cheng real estate enterprises are analyzed and analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture and employees' Suggestions on Solving the Corporate Culture Construction of the Company.Through the research,this paper draws four conclusions: First,the real estate enterprise culture construction is inseparable from the support of enterprise employees,employees and corporate psychological contract will help employees to fulfill the responsibility of passive and active;second,real estate business Third,the real estate enterprise culture construction and enterprise management complement each other,the two are inseparable,so the enterprise culture construction can not be separated from the management system optimization.Third,the real estate enterprise culture construction and enterprise management complement each other,the two are inseparable,so the enterprise culture construction can not be separated from the management system optimization.Fourth,the degree of psychological contract between enterprises and employees is critical to the formation of high quality and sound management system.
