Study On The Influencing Factors Of Employee's Psychological Contract

In the corporation, there is not only a written formal economic contract between employee and corporation, but also a concealed blurry psychological contract consists in organization and employee. The psychological contract of employee is a faith system of responsibility and compulsory between employee and organization and employees each other, which affects employee's working behavior and attitude though it is an informally blurry and concealed contract and doesn't have strong sanction as general economic or legal contract. Therefore the psychological contract of employee has become one important research of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management forms its appearance.In this paper, three-dimensional configuration of employee's psychological contract has been gained and the existence of psychological contract has been proved through studying on the theory of employee's psychological contract and the demonstration of case interview and questionnaire. At the same time, analyzing the differences of employee's psychological contract which in different background with the method of one-way ANOVA analysis, and analyzing the configuration dimensionality with methods of Factor analysis, contrastive analysis etc. This paper contacts psychological contract and performance management basing on the before studies on psychological contract. And the realization approach of the psychological contract between corporation and employee which named performance communication has been put forward, providing an instructing for corporation building active psychological contract of employee.
