As an urban public product,urban rail transit has huge external effects.Its economic benefits include not only the fare revenue paid by passengers,but also the social and economic benefits generated by promoting and driving the development of related industrial sectors.Among them,the economic benefits shown in the development and utilization of the affiliated resources of urban rail transit,together with the construction and operation of urban rail transit,constitute the complete concept of urban rail transit economy.In recent years,with the continuous increase of the operation process of urban rail transit and the gradual improvement of the development benefits of affiliated resources,more and more new urban rail transit projects begin to focus on the development and utiliza tion of subsidiary resources.This paper is based on this background to carry out the research on the development and utilization of the affiliated resources of line X line of urban rail transit in F city.First of all,the background and significance of t he research are elaborated,and the related concepts and theories involved in the research process are summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the full text.Then,from the macroscopic and qualitative point of view,the development and utilization of the affiliated resources of line X line of urban rail transit in F city are analyzed.The affiliated resources of line X line of urban rail transit in F city include advertising resources,commercial resources,civil communication resources,connected interface engineering and station hall resources.The development models that can be adopted include the following four models: lease development,joint venture cooperation,independent development and overall transfer.Then the paper constructs an evaluation system for the development and utilization of the subsidiary resources of urban rail transit,including five dimensions and sixteen indicators,such as finance and customers.Based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCA),a multilevel grey relational grade analysis(GRAP)comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.It is used in the evaluation practice of the development and utilization model of the affiliated resources of line X line of urban rail transit in F C ity,which helps the decision-makers to choose the mode of exploitation and utilization of the subsidiary resources with the best comprehensive benefit.Finally,the paper chooses the mode of development and utilization of all kinds of subsidiary resources of F city rail transit line X: "independent development mode","joint venture cooperation model","independent development mode","lease management mode",and communication resources.The "lease management model" is selected.On this basis,the management strategy of all kinds of subsidiary resources is put forward.
