Research On Resource Development And Management Model Of Shijiazhuang Rail Transit

Recently,with the rapid growth of China's economy and the accelerated process of urbanization,the rapid increase of the urban population and vehicles,it is become a major problem of traffic congestion in society.Urban rail transit with its large capacity,green environmental protection,fast and efficient,safe and comfortable,has gradually developed into the world's major transport.However,there is huge investment to construct urban rail transit,and there need highly operation and sunk cost,from world rail transit operation,most of the city's rail transit system are in deficit condition,government financial subsidies to maintain daily operations.Urban rail transit is urban public infrastructure,with significant positive external effect,such as along the land and real estate price promotion,promote the city commercial and integration of resources,reduce people's travel costs,science to guide the city layout,stimulating urban economic growth.under the situation of the growing general government fiscal pressure,resources shortage of land development,the positive external effect of orbit traffic is with the potential benefits.How to effectively translate to support the construction of rail transportation,enhance power of long-term operation efficiency is the main topic of this paper.Hong Kong urban rail transportation has proved that track traffic as public products into the market,by constructing a good rail transportation resources development and management system fully the positive internal and external can bring huge economic benefits for rail transit,an effective solution to the problem of rail transit development funds and operating efficiency.In this thesis based on the research and analysis of the research method,comparative research method and value engineering method.First of all,This paper introduces the theory of rail transport related theory,describes the concept of rail transport resources development,properties,characteristics and operating characteristics.Secondly,according to analyzed and summarized the successful experience of domestic and foreign urban transit resources development,combination of Shijiazhuang rail traffic network and construction actual,put forward the suggestions about the modes of Shijiazhuang rail transit resources development and management,which focuses on the pattern of rail transit advertising resources,rail transportation and real estate resources,rail transportation business resources,the track traffic information and rail transportation cover property,resource development and management,Shijiazhuang railway transportation resourcedevelopment.In addition,this paper explores the Shijiazhuang rail transit system efficiency analysis,the Shijiazhuang rail transport resources development for the value of the forecast,for the future development of resources provide a useful reference.
