The Reference Significance Of China-Belarus Industrial Park To The Development Of China-Belarus Economic And Trade Relations

When Vice President Xi Jinping visited Belarus in 2010,President Lukashenko proposed the establishment of a vision for the establishment of the China-Belarus Industrial Park.The preparation and construction of the China-Belarus Industrial Park proceeded in a smooth and orderly manner.Especially after China put forward the “One Belt and One Road” initiative in 2015,the construction of the ChinaBelarus Industrial Park was on the fast track,and was hailed as “the Pearl of the Belt and Road”.Before the start of construction of the China-Belarus Industrial Park,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Belarus presented a fragmented and low-level status.With the signing of a series of legal documents and agreements on the China-Belarus Industrial Park,the construction of the park began.The foundation has been gradually consolidated,and the cluster effect and scale effect of ChinaBelarus economic and trade cooperation have appeared.The geographical location of the China-Belarus Industrial Park is superior,the planning concept of the park is advanced,the setting of the operation mode is rational and orderly,and the construction has also achieved fruitful results.However,we must also note that due to various factors such as the unfavorable objective economic environment in Belarus,the unsatisfactory investment environment,and the inconsistent positioning of the two countries on the China-Belarus Industrial Park,there are various obstacles in the park.The so-called glimpse of the panthers can be seen clearly.It is believed that these advantages and problems existing in the Zhongbai Industrial Park are also needed to be referenced and resolved in a wider range of trade and economic cooperation between China and Belarus.To this end,the author proposed to improve financial support,accelerate the "One Belt and One Road" and "Euro-Asian Economic Union docking and other proposals,hoping to contribute to the economic and trade cooperation between China and Belarus.
