See The Prospects And Challenges Of The “One Belt, One Road” Initiative From The China-Belarus Industrial Park

In recent years,China has become increasingly close to the rest of the world.Especially after President Xi raised “One Belt One Road” initiative,China has been carrying out mutually beneficial cooperation with a number of countries through the principle of amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness with its' maximum sincerity.Due to the long distance of silk road through its east to west Europe,there must be more difficulties and disadvantages in the collaborations with European countries compared with Asia-Pacific countries.Thus,China's commercial bridge with European counties can be built on the basic of China-Belarus Industrial Park,which will facilitate China's economic cooperation with Europe and central Asia.China intends to promote political development through economic cooperation,strengthen diplomatic relations through political cooperation.If China can open up OBOR,we will have more strategic partners and less different interests.Also,it can play an important role in the process of our major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.The China-Belarus Industrial Park is highly praised as the “bright pearl” of the Silk Road Economic Belt,it is a major project of the Belt and Road Initiative and is valued by the two countries' high-level leaders.This paper dates back the history of the Sino-Belarus Industrial Park from the beginning to the time when the two countries meet the mature opportunity to fully advance the bilateral cooperation.This paper applies the trade and logistics park of China Merchants as a case study to illustrate the subjective and objective challenges in the cooperation process of the two countries.Based on this,this paper analyses the challenges China may face with during the cooperation process with other countries.This paper analyses every challenge when China push forward its Belt and Road Initiative and gives possible policy advice.Compared with Europe Union and Eurasia Economic Union,this paper selects the advantages and deficiencies of the Belt and Road Initiative,arguing that China needs to keep on its advantages,shoulder the major power's responsibilities,extend its advantages,overcome numerous challenges,continuously create new developing models and usher a new prospect for international cooperation.How to smoothly operate the China-Belarus Industrial Park,what are the opportunities and challenges,these problems are worth paying attention to,because the industrial park will be regarded as the typical case by China and the relevant countries along the Belt and Road,this park also contributes to more harmonious and more smooth cooperation with other countries for China.China will grasp the rhythm of development,face with challenges,overcome difficulties,continuously keep and spread the spirit of “peace and cooperation,openness and inclusiveness,mutual learning and mutual benefit”,which is also called the “Silk Road Spirit” and pro-actively create a brilliant prospect for the Belt and Road Initiative.At the exact time when China and Belarus come to their 25 years of establishing diplomatic relations as well as “the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation”just came to an end,there is a growing attention on viewing the opportunities and challenges of “the Belt and Road Initiative” from the Sino-Belarus ralations,among which Sino-Belarus Industrial Park can be a typical case to well-illustrate this relation.
