In recent years,Chinese private enterprises have been rising rapidly and become the most active economic growth area in the national economy.But due to some internal and external constraints,Chinese private enterprises have some inevitable problems in development and management such as random management system and lacking of modern scientific management ideas.Meanwhile,“post-90” in China gradually embark on jobs and has become an important new force of workforce.The special growth environment of“post-90” contributes to their different personality traits from other generation crowd and their occupational characteristics also cause widespread concern in social public.In the face of “post-90”,a young generation who grow up in the economic globalization and internet era,the traditional management system is facing unprecedented challenges,which put forward higher requirements for enterprise management.Enterprises should reform on each link of management according to this prominent feature,to inspire this new generation power and achieve a win-win situation of personal development of employees and enterprises.In this paper,the author takes several private enterprises in Zhengzhou for example,and make an empirical research on the occupational characteristics of “post-90” employees and incentive mechanism optimization of private enterprises through literature reading and questionnaire survey.On the basis of the empirical research,we analyze the problems in the employee incentive mechanism of private enterprises,such as the salary cannot effectively stimulate employees' work enthusiasm,lacking of scientific performance appraisal system and employee promotion mechanism,lacking of effective employee training system and participate management mechanism,and ignoring the career planning guidance and long-term incentive for employees.Aiming at solving these problems,the author puts forward someoptimizing suggestions.It is suggested that the enterprises should grasp employees' requirements and optimize the problems in incentive mechanism according to the actual conditions to inspire the employees' work enthusiasm through effective incentive.
