Nowadays,post-90 s has been irreversibly mounted on the professional stage,and has become an indispensable part of employee group,post-90 s has been or is becoming the backbone of business development.They are using their energy and passion to inject new vitality for society,bring new vitality to the enterprise,saving strong development momentum.With the coming of knowledge economy,the competitive environment of enterprises is increasingly fierce,and it has a profound influence on the market economy of our country.Therefore,as the main force of the enterprise's labor force,the influence of the post-90 s employees can not be underestimated.The post-90 s employees are growing in a cultural diversity and a social environment of economic globalization.They have a high level of knowledge and culture,with distinct personality and unique ideas and cognition,Therefore,active communication with the post-90 s employees will enable them to agree with their values and corporate culture.Effective communication can also avoid staff turnover.Under the influence of various comprehensive factors,such as the characteristics of the times,social environment,and so on,the post-90 s employees also inevitably produce new characteristics different from those of the former employees.The emergence of these new features has a great impact on traditional management mode and control mode,making the former management mode no longer applicable to the current post-90 s staff communication management.Therefore,according to the communication characteristics of the post-90 s employees,to find a new mode of communication management suitable for the post-90 s employees is an effective way to optimize the human resources of modern enterprises.In recent years,the social concern caused by the topic of the post-90 s group is becoming more and more common,The social public is different to the post-90 s group,and the research on the post-90 s group is also hot.The research on communication management of the post-90 s employees is a new topic,At present,there is no in-depth study on the management communication of the post-90 s employees,which is only classified as the category of enterprise human resource management.Taking Jiangxi Bank as an example,this paper studies the communication status of the post-90 s employees,and fully considers the realistic environment and historical factors of all aspects in China,Such as historical environment,regional characteristics,social culture,economic environment,to explore suitable for China's post-90 s employees' communication management theory.As a prosperous commercial bank,the post-90 s employees in Jiangxi bank account for a high number of employees,so the management and communication problems of the post-90 s employees are very important.Under this kind of situation,we should study how to use new ideas and new management methods to manage and communicate the post-90 s employees and conduct some researches based on the communication theories and methods with the characteristics of the times.This is also the current practice of research Management theory is closely watching the hot topic.The main empirical studies in this paper are literature induction,case analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The full text includes six parts.The first part is the preface,which summarizes the current situation of theoretical research both at home and abroad,expounds the background and significance of the research,and discusses the basic research ideas and the main research methods adopted in the full text.The second part expounds the theory of communication and communication theory at home and abroad,and lays a theoretical foundation for the further discussion of the whole article.The third part analyzes the communication behavior characteristics of Jiangxi bank's post-90 s employees,introduces the Bank of Jiangxi Limited by Share Ltd,analyzes the current situation of human resources management,and analyzes the communication behavior characteristics of Jiangxi bank's post-90 s employees based on this.The fourth part first clarifies the problems existing in the communication behavior of the post-90 s employees in Jiangxi bank,and then analyzes the causes of the problems.In the fifth part,the opinions and suggestions on management optimization are put forward in view of the problems existing in the communication behavior of the post-90 s employees in Jiangxi bank.The sixth part is the conclusion,which generalizes the main points of this article,the results of the study and the prospect of further research in the future.
