With the development of society,enterprises focus more on soft power such as human resource management to gain core competitive advantages in the fierce competition in the new era of knowledge economy.New employees are an important resource and motivation for the sustainable development of an enterprise.Reality,enterprises can adopt effective organizational socialization tactics,usually after reducing new employees entering the organization of uncertainty and unpredictability,promote employees to better adapt to the new environment,enhance the understanding of this organization,team,jobs and identity,completed by the organization "outside people" "insider" of the organization to shift,enhance job satisfaction,ensure the smooth progress of organizational socialization process.The research on organizational socialization strategy and job satisfaction started earlier and has attracted more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad.However,the mechanism of organizational socialization strategy’s influence on job satisfaction still needs to be further explored.Organizational identity pays attention to the relationship between employees and organizations.Employees actively label themselves named as members of the organization,psychologically recognize the organization and go hand in hand with the organization,and produce a state of shared breathing,common destiny and belonging to the organization,which affect Employee’s attitude and behavior,the value of organizational identity can be revealed.The support provided by the perceived organization also plays a role in the psychology and behavior of employees.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and explore the variables of new employees’ personal cognition and work attitude in the Chinese context.The implementation and implementation of organizational socialization process and content cannot be separated from the guarantee of organizational socialization strategy.This research focus on employees’ organizational socialization,and the enterprise new employees as the research object,reference to social exchange theory,social identity theory as the support,the influence of organizational socialization tactics on employee job satisfaction to explore mechanism,and introduced the organizational identity intermediary variables and the regulation of perceived organizational support,constructs the theoretical model between the four variables.455 valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire survey method,and the collected data were processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 analysis software by empirical analysis method,so as to verify the hypothesis and draw valid conclusions.It focuses on the direct effect of organizational socialization strategies on job satisfaction,the mediating role of organizational identity in organizational socialization strategies and job satisfaction,and the moderating effect of organizational support.The following conclusions are drawn: first,organizational socialization strategy has a significant positive impact on employees’ job satisfaction.In terms of the impact effect,the content factors in organizational socialization strategy have the most significant impact on employees’ job satisfaction,followed by situational factors and social factors.Secondly,organizational identity plays a part in mediating between organizational socialization strategies and employee job satisfaction,that is,organizational socialization strategies can influence employee job satisfaction through organizational identity.Thirdly,the sense of organizational support has a positive moderating effect between organizational socialization strategies and organizational identification,that is,new employees perceive a higher level of organizational support,and the implementation of organizational socialization strategies can promote the improvement of organizational identification of employees. |
