Organizational citizenship behavior has a direct effect on the employees’ workperformance, ultimately on the whole achievements of the enterprise, but it isn’t individualinnate quality of work, it is important external performance of the employees’ worksatisfaction feeling when they are adapting to the organization. Therefore, Improvingemployees’ organizational socialization training and their satisfaction feelings about work topromote more organizational citizenship behaviors has caused managers’ focus andvalued.The researchers have made abundant research on organizational socialization, jobsatisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, but the specific mechanism about them isrelatively lack. In order to explore the specific mechanism about them and provide some newtheoretical support for further strengthening socialization training, improving job satisfactionand promoting organizational citizenship behaviors, this research constructs a theoreticalmodel among the three variables, and puts forward the hypothesis based on the study ofprevious related research, and tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by throughthe analysis of reliability and factor, then obtains the required sample data by the sendingquestionnaires, and verifies the prediction about the relationship of three variables by usingcorrelation analysis and regression analysis.This study obtained the conclusions by the empirical analysis based on the sample data,the detailed conclusions includes the following four aspects: First, organizational socializationhas a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The study found, goodorganizational culture socialization, job competency socialization and organization of politicalsocialization can promote employees to exhibit organization citizenship behavior,interpersonal relationship socialization can promote employees’ organizational identification,altruism and interpersonal harmony; Second, organizational socialization can positively affectjob satisfaction. The study found, good organizational culture socialization, job competencysocialization, interpersonal relationship socialization and organization of politicalsocialization can enhance employees’ job satisfaction; Third, job satisfaction has a positiveinfluence on organizational citizenship behavior. The study found, high work satisfactionfeelings can promote organizational identification, altruism, dedication, interpersonalharmony and protection of organizational resources; Fouth, job satisfaction has partialmediating influence between organizational socialization and organizational citizenshipbehavior. The study found, organizational socialization have effects on organizationalcitizenship behavior through job satisfaction.
