In the process of global economic integration,as companies listed and scale development demand,more and more enterprises adopt collectivization operation,there are multiple subsidiaries respectively according to different industries,different areas of the business for intensive cultivation.In the enterprise scale and business expansion at the same time,also bring many problems on the group’s performance and management,property index as the main standard of performance appraisal system is not enough to retain and motivate talented people.Because group scale,management level,and subsidiary belong to different industries,different regions,different stage,the group subsidiary companies on how to conduct performance evaluation,how to determine its performance,and according to the performance of the enterprise management team and staff for the appropriate rewards and punishments,need a conform to the group enterprise performance evaluation system of overall development strategy.Based on PG group co.ltd as the research object,performance-based condition of PG group co.ltd has carried on the thorough investigation and access to a large number of data,and combining the actual situation on the organization performance in order to improve the operation and do the research and discussion.Analysis of this article is based on the study of organization performance evaluation at home and abroad,combining the reality of PG group co.ltd,based on the existing performance evaluation system of PG group co.ltd,according to the PG and subsidiary company development planning,to summarize always evaluation system,the focus is on according to the characteristics of the PG group subsidiary,has carried on the back to its classification,accordingly makes some analyses,thus put forward to improve perfect PG group subsidiary company organization performance evaluation method.Paper puts forward,the PG group subsidiaries,in accordance with the strategic positioning and organization duty characteristics such as it can be divided into core competitive,the necessary support type,responsibility,functional,developmental strategy,such as four types,will be identified as key performance indicators,strategy implementation performance indicators,management,evaluation index,a concern for the index,general index,based on the different types of enterprise gives different index weight,to improve and perfect the assessment scheme evaluation method,redesign the performance appraisal system.Research conclusion of this article is hope to be able to stimulate the PG group subordinate company work enthusiasm and management effect,and enhance the core competitive advantages,improved performance appraisal of other groups also have certain enlightenment function.
