Performance assessment is the core part of modern human resource management, andrepresents the contents of modern human resources management. A good performanceassessment system can not only identify employee’s level, found their own problems,but also improve enterprise management and the overall efficiency of enterprises. Butcurrently the operation of performance assessment have emerged variety of problems inour country. These problems led to our human resources management always staying atthe primary stage of human resource management. In order to solve the specificproblems of the performance appraisal in the actual operation, so as to improve thewhole level of human resource management, this article expressed the performanceappraisal system of Chen Guang group as an example.Based on the introduction of the definition, function of the performance appraisalthen take chenguang group in Handan city as an example to investigate itsperformance appraisal system present situation, including the assessment principles,steps, indicators, proposes and index.Then the author make a performance evaluationsystem evaluation model with 9 index and a evluation standard. And according to theresult of the evaluation of the chenguang performance appraisal system finds theadvantages and existing problems, puts forward suggestions for improvement. Theproposals of the group to further improve its performance appraisal system has highpractical significance and reference value.
