Empirical Analysis On Regional Competitiveness Of Construction Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Construction industry is an important part of national economy,by the end of 2015,its GDP accounted for nearly 7% of the gross national product,become the pillar industry of national economy worthy of the name.During the development of the past few decades,under the influence of the national macroeconomic policies in different periods,the increase of the index of construction industry,the number of employees and the total amount of profits and taxes paid has been slightly changed,but it has always maintained a trend of increasing year by year.Due to the differences in the level of economic development in various regions of the country,there are also differences in the regional competitiveness of the construction industry across the country.From the end of 2015 statistics,compared with Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province,Guangdong Province and any other economically developed provinces,there are still large gap of the construction industry gross domestic product of Heilongjiang Province.Similarly,taking Heilongjiang Province as an example,combined with the relevant data from 2006 to 2015,analyzed the development of the city construction in Heilongjiang province industry,we can see that the development of the province of the city construction industry is uneven.In order to seek the way to enhance the regional competitiveness of the construction industry in Heilongjiang Province,this paper establishes the evaluation system and evaluation model of the regional competitiveness of the construction industry.The evaluation system is composed of five first-level evaluation indexes and 23 second-level evaluation indexes,namely,industry profile,equipment situation,production situation,business status,profit and tax ratio.The evaluation system is composed of five first-level evaluation indicators and 23 secondlevel evaluation indicators,which are composed of AHP,entropy method and gray relational analysis method.By combining the weights with the gray correlation analysis,the three cities with the strongest competitiveness are Harbin,Suifenhe and Daqing respectively.The three cities with the weakest competitiveness are Jixi,Shuangyashan and Hegang.This conclusion is basically the same as the calculation result of the gray relational analysis combined with the individual empowerment,which further validates the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model.Based on the established evaluation system and evaluation model,through the calculation of the weights of the 23 evaluation indexes of the second-level,the main factors affecting the regional competitiveness of the construction industry are found out.Based on China's political and economic policies and macro economic orientation,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the regional competitiveness of the construction industry in Heilongjiang province.
