Analysis Of The Competitiveness Of The China Development Bank Zhejiang Branch

The establishment of the National Development Bank is to enhance national strength and improve people's livelihood as a mission to regulate the economic structure for the purpose of.All along,conscientiously implement the national regulation and control policy,to play the financial function,and promote the optimization and upgrading of the national economic structure,and play an important role in the national economic stability.In 2008,China has experienced a commercial reform,the scale of assets,has become China's fifth largest commercial banks.In this paper,the author makes a comparative analysis of the five state-owned commercial banks in Zhejiang province from the perspective of the commercial banks to evaluate the competitiveness of the Zhejiang branch of the Zhejiang branch.First of all,based on the scientific,systematic,hierarchical,dynamic and operability of the five principles of constructing the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the bank,and then to carry out a comprehensive evaluation method of Zhejiang Province,the five major state-owned commercial banks and CDB and ranking by the comprehensive index.Finally,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation of Zhejiang branch of CDB,and put forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve its competitiveness.The empirical results show that,compared with Zhejiang Province,the five state-owned commercial banks,CDB Zhejiang branch development ability is more outstanding,liquidity and security is better,but profitability,and the difference is ranked the two classification index is larger,the trend of polarization.This phenomenon shows that China's Zhejiang branch has long been engaged in the field of business and the five state-owned banks have a greater difference.SWOT analysis showed that the CDB Zhejiang branch of advantages including sovereign debt credit,development finance,financial full license etc.;the disadvantages include business boundaries are not clear,the source of funds is not reasonable,lack of profitability;the threat of industry competitive,market by extrusion,the financial environment is changing;facing Zhejiang "13th Five-Year" development opportunity,through innovative business,opening up new financing channels,to promote the efficiency and construct risk control mode and other measures to solve the CDB branch in Zhejiang Province,the existing problems,so as to effectively improve its competitiveness.
