Texhong textile group has developed with fast growth these years.Purchase?joint venture?or build new subsidiary happened every year since 2012.The headquarter will choose many outstanding talents to new company from its own subsidiaries,enable the new company adapt to Texhong culture and make profit quickly.Until May of 2017,there were 17% outstanding talents from original subsidiaries worked in new subsidiaries.Even though,it still can't fill up the demand of grass-roots managers for new subsidiary.Besides,the prior subsidiary faces loss of talented person due to many outstanding talents move out,Texhong textile group is difficult to source available staffs from outside human resource market due to it already took the lead of industry,even though we have screened and identified the backup talents in grassroots management inside of group,but how to train them so that they can be competent the grassroots management is a problem to be solved urgently.Texhong need complete training scheme for the backup talents in grassroots management,on the one side,it can support group's strategic developing demand.On the other side,it can fill up the shortage of talents in grassroots management.To solve the above backup talents in grassroots management training problems,this article issued questionnaires,investigated and analyzed the current training scheme of the backup talents in grassroots management in Texhong,we found that there are below problems:(1)backup talents in grassroots management repel the current training lessons.(2)Pertinency of analysis to the demand of training is not enough.(3)Shortage of professional lecturer inside of company.(4)Method of training and giving lesson is very single.(5)Estimate of training effect is only on the surface of modality.This article establish a backup grassroots management training scheme for Texhong textile group which is based on correlation theory aiming at above problems.Specifically,(1)Clear and definite the idea and principle of backup grassroots management training.(2)Mastered the training needs.From the three levels of organization,task and personnel,the daily work of grass-roots management personnel is observed and the questionnaire survey is used to obtain the training needs of grass-roots managers.The training needs of backup talents in grassroots management are clearly defined in combination with the results of field observation and training.(3)Establishing a training plan about backup grassroots management based on the theory.(4)Establishing a training scheme for inside lecturer.(5)Establishing a training plan of carrying out and transforming.(6)Establishing an estimate scheme of training effect,this article establish a corresponding safeguards from organization system and support system based on backup grassroots management.This article establish a basic management of backup grassroots management training scheme and safeguards system for Texhong textile group,it will solve the shortage of backup grassroots management for our group.In the same time,it will help the group develop a virtuous cycle of training system.Satisfying and embracing the strategic developed requirements of enterprise.Besides,not only can we popularize the training scheme of the backup grassroots management persons among textile industry,but also popularize in the other manufactured industries.Especially,it will be a good reference and guiding significance to those enterprises,which has similar background and facing similar difficulties.
