Pinyan Industry(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd is a mini-private company locating Yangtz River delta where economics is very glorious and advanced in china.With the steps of Chinese economics development,Company,of course,has got very successful performance.Nowadays,the economics in the world is adjusting deeply and Chinese economics is stepping into new normal,the demand is slowing down.And the sales volume of the company is slowing down as well.The questions facing company are how to change the situation,how to get the further development,and how to get the sustainable competitive advantages,and compared with the business of the operational level.The answers are to need to think over on the strategy level and determine and confirm a competitive strategy which is very important and urgent.This paper hopes to give company some professional suggestions on determining and formulating competitive strategy by exerting the theories and knowledge on economic and strategy management,and also to help the other many mini companies in this field who are needing the professional suggestions on formulating strategy for the more and further development.The paper at the beginning introduced the search background and meanings,contents and frames,fundamental theories,Then,is the strategy environment of the company,including the general situation of company and existing problems which make the search work has targets in the much extent.Then the paper exerted PEST model,Porter's 5 forces models,value chain and competitive theory to analyze the company's external and internal environments which showed company's external opportunities and threats and internal advantages and disadvantages.Following firmly,the paper exerted SWOT model to analyze external opportunities,threats and internal advantages and disadvantages systematically and got some strategies.After this,the paper showed three common competitive strategies which are cost-leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and focus strategy,and exerted QSPM model to analyze these three strategies,then concluded that the focus strategy is the most suitable to the company now.At last,the paper showed that the company should focus on the main business,marketing and target markets to implement this focus strategy,at the same time,safeguard measures are presented which hope to be significant to company's development in the term of operation and direction.
