With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standard is rising,it also brings consumption upgraded,and the demands of tourists changed and improved.Some of the high-income people begin to pursue more personalized tourism products and services.Traditional travel and free independent travel are difficult to meet their needs now.Customer-designed Travel is becoming a new demand and hot spot in tourism market.At present,most of the travel agencies in China focus on traditional tour packages.With the rise of OTA(Online Tourism Platform),the price war between the homogeneity tourist products is becoming more and more intense.Travel agencies and OTA pay more attention to price and cost,while ignoring the fundamental of tourism is service.If the smaller travel agencies want to survive and develop in the competitive tourism market,they must find a new and subdivision market,then relocate their target market,and pay more attention to the promotion of service.Travel agencies carry out Customer-designed Travel business to meet the personalized needs of each customer groups and develop differentiated tourism products with higher service standards.These products are difficult to be copy,with high value-added,flexible pricing and accurate positioning.Travel agencies can avoid falling into the price war of the same products and save more time and cost to design travel products and better service customers.Medium and small travel agencies choose custom-designed travel as a breakthrough of the business transformation in the increasingly competitive environment,by improving the quality of products and services to win core competitiveness,as well as improving the travel experience of tourists.This is conducive to create a new tourism environment and maintain the long-term sustainable development.Through the analysis and Research on the Customer-designed Travel market,this article will combine the marketing theories and methods,formulate the marketing strategy of Customer-designed Travel products,and optimize the internal management plan for Tianyi Travel Agency to develop their Customer-designed Travel business.Through a series of research and attempts,we hope to provide feasible basis and specific implementation measures for Tianyi Travel Agency's Customer-designed Travel business.
