In recent years,China's tourism industry has entered a stage of rapid development.As an important part of the tourism industry,travel agencies bear the main body of tourism reception work.However,tour guides are the core role of travel agency reception and the axis of the entire tourism service.The development of tourism has a vital role to play.The service level of tour guides directly affects the quality of reception work,but the service level of tour guides in China is uneven.This is closely related to the imperfection of the incentive system for tour guides in China.In particular,travel agencies do not pay enough attention to the incentives for tour guides.Eventually,the tour guides were not effectively motivated and their enthusiasm for work was not fully realized.In view of this,this paper takes the incentive problem of tour guides of Hebei H International Travel Agency as an empirical case to study,using the theory and method of incentives in management,combined with theoretical research and empirical research,and closely links with China's tourism industry and tourism enterprises in the management of tour guides.The specific problems in practice are conducted through the construction of the demand factors and incentives of the tour guides.Based on the survey results,the problems and incentives of the tour guides existing in the travel agency are summarized.Finally,in response to these problems,a variety of incentive theories are used in combination to propose countermeasures for the incentives of the travel agency's tour guides.The main content of this paper is as follows: Chapter 1: Introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,literature review,research content and methods.Chapter 2: Relevant theoretical basis.The basic concepts involved in this study,related incentive theory,tour guide needs and incentive factors analysis are introduced.The third chapter is the analysis of the status quo and problems of the tour guides of Hebei H International Travel Service.It mainly introduces the general situation of Hebei H International Travel Agency and the situation of tour guides.Then,according to the demand factors and incentives of tour guides summarized in Chapter 2,interviews are conducted by interviews.Finally,the guides of the travel agency are summarized.Problems with personnel incentives and analysis of causes.The fourth chapter: Improve the countermeasures for the incentives of tour guides in Hebei H International Travel Service.In response to the problems summarized in the third chapter,using a variety of incentive theories and the professional knowledge of the industry,five incentives are proposed.Chapter 5: Conclusions.The final conclusions of this paper are summarized,the conclusions drawn from the research are summarized,and the shortcomings and prospects of this paper are pointed out.In this paper,we strive to refine in the analysis and research,so as to better help the Hebei H International Travel Agency in the incentives of tour guides,and hope to learn from other travel agencies of the same type.
