Study On The Creation Of Garden City In Wenzhou

In the process of economic development,Wenzhou has been causing damage to the beautiful scenery of the phenomenon,in 2005,President Xi Jinping proposed the "beautiful scenery is jinshanyinshan scientific judgment to re recognize the importance of Wenzhou city landscape construction,to create a national garden city.The creation of garden city is an important opportunity for the modernization of the city,and accelerate the pace of urban construction to improve the ecological environment,beautify the living environment,improve the quality of life of the masses.Wenzhou since 2010 began to create a national garden city,and actively mobilize the city started a green campaign,in 2015 finally won the National Garden City reputation.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and sum up the process of establishing the garden city in Wenzhou,and to provide practical experience and theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of Wenzhou garden city and other cities.This paper uses literature,summarize the experience law,investigation method,through the investigation of Wenzhou City Bureau of parks,Wenzhou city management and administrative law enforcement bureau,Wenzhou city group,and other relevant professional personnel,induction and summary of Wenzhou City Garden City successful case,summarize the successful experience,find out there the problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the city garden.In the garden of Wenzhou city in the process of creating,has taken many measures: setting up the organization adjustment of government departments;strengthen ecological management;focus on professional talent,vigorously develop the landscape of scientific research ability;improve the effectiveness of law enforcement;strengthen the propaganda,improve the ideological consciousness;strengthen the construction of information management and a series of measures and means.However,there are still many shortcomings in the process of creation: such as garden construction,lack of integration of local cultural and creative park organization is not perfect,the public participation is not high,the park green construction management such as lack of foundation.According to the Wenzhou Garden City Construction in these problems,and the actual process of creating progress and status,we put forward some suggestions: reasonable strong push green construction,create local cultural characteristics;construction of market competition mechanism,improve the park competitiveness and vitality;strengthen the propaganda strength,enhance public participation in efforts to improve government executive ability;and increase the levels of supervision;actively expand the sources of funds,a reasonable allocation of funds;improve work methods,to build a professional maintenance team.
