In recent years South of Beijing municipal occurred repeatedly waterlogging,the Beijing municipal government has updated the existing 77 rainwater pumping station in 3 batches since 2001.The fourth ring road of Beijing from Han river to Liangshui river,covering the drainage area of 592hm2,could not be ruled out the waterlogging when the rain comes in the short term.under this background,it is emergency to cure the regional waterlogging problem in fully understand the statue of drainage pipe network.In this paper,on the basis of relevant theoretical framework and analysis tool,the author has analysised and evaluated the investment risk of south of Beijing underground deep tunnel engineering project.Undergo consulting information,the author has determined 14 investment risk points according to the similar engineering experience.The author has utilized fuzzy clustering analysis method to compare the relevant of 14 risk points each other,perform investment risk index system.Using the method of AHP to determine the weights of 14 risk points.Using the risk matrix method to evaluate effects of 14 risk points of quantitative values and risk probability,risk weights and quantitative value product determine comprehensive risk degree.At the end of the paper,using established risk evaluation system,we can evaluate south of Beijing 4th ring road underground deep tunnel engineering project and take advise to policy makers,guard important risk points.
