The operation of underground project is full of uncertainties(risks) which influence the all stages of its construction. In order to lower the adverse influence, it's necessary for us to have a systemic and thorough risk analysis on its early stage and provide the relevant evadible policy and detailed measures against the main risks.This paper aims at supplying a set of methods of risk analysis in underground project, which will make owners have a whole risks analysis on projects' early stage and then take measures earlier .It can also make contractors to analyse risks befor bid and decide whether to tender.This this paper is based on risk management theory and takes the procedure of risk management risk manage as the main line.
