The underground comprehensive corridor is a large infrastructure project.As an important part of the layout of the city,a reasonable and scientific construction of a comprehensive underground comprehensive Corridor project is not only closely related to the economic development of the country,but also one of the important measures to promote the process of urbanization.It is not only an effective means to solve the problems of frequent accidents in underground pipelines,insufficient emergency defense ability and more security risks,but also a reasonable way to promote economic development,improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city and accelerate the rapid construction of cities and towns.However,because of the large amount of investment and high cost of project operation in the underground comprehensive Corridor project,the government can not only rely on the government to meet the investment requirements of the project.At the same time,the PPP model has shown a strong advantage in the construction of infrastructure.For this reason,the construction of the underground comprehensive corridor is mostly with the PPP model.Combined.The PPP project of the underground comprehensive corridor includes a large number of participants,and the different participants have different perceptions about the risk factors faced by the participants.Most participants relate the risk to the size of the risk.Therefore,it is very important to determine which participant should be responsible for the construction of the project.In this paper,how to rationally formulate the risk sharing mechanism of PPP project in underground comprehensive corridor is studied and analyzed.The contents of this paper include the following six parts:1.Using literature analysis method,through domestic and foreign literature reading,in-depth analysis of underground pipe gallery PPP at home and abroad.The research status of risk sharing mechanism of model construction projects is summarized and summarized.2.Select the HHM(hierarchical holographic model)method,multi-dimensional,omnidirectional and multi angle for underground pipe gallery PPP.The risk factors faced by the project are identified reasonably and systematically,and the RFRM(risk process,rating and management framework)method,and the improved AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method,questionnaire survey method and entropy weight method are used to screen and filter the identified risk factors,so as to build a scientific,effective and comprehensive underground.The risk evaluation index system of PPP project in comprehensive corridor.3.Based on the principle of risk sharing,we build a close value model for risk sharing of PPP projects in underground integrated pipe corridors.We design and apply the risk sharing mechanism from different aspects.4.Through the analysis and arrangement of a underground pipe gallery project in Xi'an,apply it to the construction model.Risk sharing empirical research to ensure that the model can be applied to risk sharing analysis of underground PPP project.The purpose of this paper is to provide a scientific and reasonable theory and method for the risk management of the PPP project in the underground comprehensive corridor,and to provide a basis for the rational sharing of the major risk factors in the project construction process,so that the participants have a more prudent and rational attitude to the risk sharing.
