The Research On Investment Mode And Fare Apportion Of Utility Tunnel

The utility tunnel is an economic construction mode of pipeline in modern city. During almost 100 years since it was produced, the utility tunnel has been more and more valuable in city life and has been accepted by many people. Many countries all over the world have invested many resources in research and practice in utility tunnel and have got much fruit. In China, the utility tunnel is still a new thing, but through several projects, the functions and advantages have quickly been recognized.In the completed projects, the investment and price system have been considered as the most difficulty problems in utility tunnel operation, which limits the development of utility tunnel in China. So it is necessary to search an available mode of investment and price system to fit for the practice of China.This paper is mainly based on the above target, which includes three aspects: the decision-making, the investment and financing mode and the price system.About the decision-making, it mainly research on the related factors for utility tunnel and how to consider the cost and profit of utility tunnel by government.About the investment and financing mode, it mainly research in the condition of China, how to make use of private capital to invest utility tunnel and establish and develop the utility tunnel market in China.About the price system, it mainly research on the price making system and price level of utility tunnel, which conforms the base condition in China.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.It is hoped that the research in this paper would be useful for the practice and further research on utility tunnel in China.
