Research On Competitiveness Of National Shihezi Economic And Technological Development Zone

Which is the core of the autonomous region economic development zone in the Tianshan north slope economic belt,to guide regional industrial agglomeration,drive the surrounding areas to achieve overall economic development plays an important role,state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone as the one of the few in the Northern Slope economic zone state-level economic and technological development zone naturally has a pivotal position.However,due to the region,policy,system,industry,economic and social environment,in recent years the development of the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone met with new challenges,to maintain its competitive advantage,and give full play to its corps leadership in the process of industrialization,the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone need to seek new development strategy,expand the area in the Northern Slope economic zone guiding force and industry agglomeration force.In this paper,the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone as the research object,combined with its actual situation,analysis and research the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone of how to improve their competitive advantage,give full play to its corps leadership in the process of industrialization,make its for corps,autonomous region and even the country a bright spot in the silk road economic belt.Based on the competitive advantage,the national competitive advantage,regional economics,regional competitive advantage,competitive strategy planning and development and other related discipline theory as the foundation,by the methods of literature analysis,field research,qualitative and quantitative,combining theory with practice,the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis method of combining the study of competitive state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone.Mainly through the establishment of economic and technological development zone competitiveness evaluation index framework system,using the empirical analysis to study the competitiveness of state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone.The article first elaborated in this paper,the research background,research significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation and the research contents and research methods of this article.Then,the article reviews related to the competitive and economic and technological development zone competitive theory,and then define the concept of competitiveness of economic and technological development zone.Second,in the literature and based on the investigation of the visit,to the actual situation of the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone is analyzed.On this basis,according to the receipt data analysis index framework,and using the exponential smoothing method(ES)to the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone competitive condition for dynamic analysis.Then,find out the factors influencing the competitiveness of state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is analyzed.Finally,The paper summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward some countermeasures.Through research,this paper the following conclusions: first,from 2011 to 2016,with the development of regional competitiveness,competitiveness,and their own competitiveness,stepping up stable competitive state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone in 0.12 level,and at the same time,the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone competitive power efficiency is low but also in improving condition;Based on the exponential smoothing prediction show that in 2017-2022 state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone competitiveness level will slowly rising trend.Second,from the perspective of Xinjiang,the overall level of economic andtechnological development zone in Xinjiang are changed little,but larger gradient gap between fields;Within the sequence in terms of its comprehensive economic level,the state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zones and other various areas showed different degrees of the overall level of the rise,its basic fixed rank;Southern Xinjiang region overall level of economic and technological development zone is weak,and the overall level of economic and technological development zone in the Northern Slope economic zone larger gap.Third,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)can be the key factors influencing the competitiveness of state-level Shihezi economic and technological development zone is the regional economic growth level and the enterprise development ability,important factors increase the investment level and the level of economic structure includes two aspects.
