Study On The Food Safety Supervision Problems And Countermeasures In Lucheng District Of Wenzhou City

Nowadays,the protection of public health has become the ultimate goal of food safety supervision in many countries,these countries perfect the corresponding laws and regulations,continuous innovation supervision and supervision mechanism,and explores suitable food safety supervision system.In recent years,a large number of food safety incidents occurred in our country,the food security situation is increasingly grim,highlighting the government's lack of food safety supervision.With the development of economy and society,the need of food safety has become one of the most basic interests of the public.The existence of market failure and government supervision vacancy in the field of food safety prompt us to further improve the food safety laws and regulations,strengthen food safety supervision integrated platform construction,and continuously improve the ability of food safety supervision,and strive to explore and establish a set of suitable to China's national conditions,scientific and efficient management system.This paper has ensured food safety as a starting point,which based on the public management theory,government regulation theory,economics theory,combined with the background of the imbalance in regional economic and social development of our country and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,game theory,striving systematically and comprehensively to find out the deep-seated reasons which restrict Lucheng District of Wenzhou city food safety supervision efficiency,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The first part of this paper,which based on the basic summary of historical evolution of China's food safety supervision system of the city and the city of China's current food safety regulatory system analysis,expounds the main problems existing in our city food safety supervision;secondly,having Lucheng District of Wenzhou city as the object,by setting up the supervision system of operation and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis of Lucheng District of Wenzhou City,the current situation of food safety supervision,this paper finds out the deep-seated reasons of limiting the current efficiency of food safety supervision in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City;finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures to perfect the supervision of food safety from three aspects,according to the current demand,this paper explores more in line with more efficient mode of food safety supervision mechanism,and path.
