The Spatial Layout And Temporal Arrangement Of The Land Remediation Project Based On The Precision Poverty Alleviation Of Tianshui City

Traditional land reclamation project schedule with the principle of "easy first then difficult" spatial layout and scheduling,in Tianshui to implement precise poverty alleviation this big background,the need to constantly explore in the field of land management and innovation,guide the precise poverty reduction combined with land reclamation,land reclamation of poverty reduction through precision at the same time achieve targets and tasks.In this paper,entropy weight analysis is used to analyze the spatial and temporal arrangement of Tianshui land consolidation project.Studies have shown that:The spatial layout of tianshui land improvement project divides 108 poverty-stricken townships into three areas: Comprehensive improvement areas in loess and hilly areas are suitable for implementing land improvement projects focusing on high-standard farmland construction,improving agricultural production conditions,increasing farmers’ income,and speeding up poverty alleviation among the poor;The comprehensive improvement of river valley and sichuan road should focus on the improvement of inefficient land use,strengthen the construction of supporting facilities and land saving,and lift the poor people out of poverty as soon as possible;The comprehensive improvement area of earth-rock mountainous areas has a relatively thin soil layer and serious soil and water loss.It will speed up the relocation and reclamation of abandoned homesteads and scattered homesteads in the area and improve the living environment of the poor.Tianshui land renovation project scheduling should prioritize Ⅰ level important 56 villages and towns,followed a category Ⅱ important 28 villages and towns,finally consider Ⅲ level important 24 villages and towns.
