As fresh agricultural products e-commerce(referred to as fresh electricity business),refers to the means of e-commerce directly on the Internet sales of fresh agricultural products,such as fresh fruits and vegetables,fresh meat and so on.With the work of modern society,the pace of life to speed up the urban office workers is difficult to take time to buy fresh ingredients,the emergence of fresh electricity business to a certain extent,to meet their consumer demand,with great potential for emerging industries.In recent years,with the continuous maturity of China's e-commerce environment,the development of fresh electricity business momentum is good,the total transaction volume continues to rise,the development prospects are broad.And scientific and rational financial strategy can effectively ensure that fresh business enterprises in the fierce competition in the industry come to the fore.This paper briefly summarizes the current situation of the financial strategy of A fresh retail enterprises,analyzes the existing problems in the current model,combines the enterprise life cycle and the financial matrix theory to propose the optimization strategy for its financial strategy,and hopes to give similar enterprises play a reference"Concept-Theory-actual application" is this thesis' research method,apply the enterprise life cycle theory and financial matrix theory into the A company for analysis,for the fresh retail business financial strategy to provide a more scientific and reasonable management tools.
