Research On The Financial Strategy Of China Resources Sanjiu From The Perspective Of Life Cycle

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of China's medical reform system,increasing competition in the pharmaceutical industry,the policies tightening and the industry growth declining have created new challenges for Chinese pharmaceutical companies.However,challenges and opportunities always coexist.the deepening of the population aging,the increasing in residents' medical investment,and the encouragement of innovative pharmaceutical policies have brought new opportunities for the development of pharmaceutical companies.Therefore,how to seize the opportunity to stand out from the competition has become a new proposition for formulating corporate strategy.Financial strategy,which is as an important part of corporate strategy,is even more important at this time.Based on this background,this article analyzed the current financial strategy of pharmaceutical company CR Sanjiu(China Resources Sanjiu Medical and Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)from the perspective of life cycle.Based on the analysis results,I have put forward practicable suggestions for improving its current financial strategy.Firstly,this article introduced the background and significance of the research,then organized and summarized the theories related to the corporate life cycle and financial strategy,providing corresponding theoretical support for later writing.Secondly,starting from the current status of CR Sanjiu,through the analysis of strategic environment and financial analysis,the internal and external strategic environmental status and financial status of CR Sanjiu were clarified,and it was determined that CR Sanjiu is in the growth stage through relevant judgment methods.Thirdly,from the perspective of growth-oriented enterprises,and through a detailed analysis of China Resources Sanjiu's current financial strategy and a comprehensive analysis of the financial strategy matrix,it is found that China Resources Sanjiu were currently in a state of shortage of value-added funds,and its financing structure,financing channels,investment direction,investment efficiency and dividend distribution were all inconsistent with the financial strategy of the enterprise that were in growth-phase.Finally,in view of the problems found in the previous article,based on the perspective of the enterprise life cycle,combined with the internal and external environment problems of China Resources Sanjiu,the suggestions for improvement,such as clarifying financial strategic objectives,improving financing structures,expanding financing channels,conducting diversified investments,and implementing a low dividend distribution policy,were made.In conclusion,through the study of China Resources Sanjiu's financial strategy,this paper explored the applicability of corporate life cycle theory to financial strategy,and found that it was feasible to formulate a financial strategy based on the corporate life cycle.The conclusions of this article will help improve the financial strategy of China Resources Sanjiu,help companies develop financial strategies that are more aligned with their business life cycle,and achieve the goal of staying ahead in the competition.
