In the ninety decades, last century, professor Hammer and Champy brought forward the issue called"Business Process Reengineering"which have caused the wave to attempt and implement BPR. And in a lot of companies, the attempt is very successful.This paper begins with Zhongtian Shiming Company's decline of profit. The author analyzed the whole processes to company, and had something new additional to the traditional issue, especially on the relationship among BPR, systematic thinking and process methods. The paper has innovative thinking.This paper introduces the related theory and business on BPR, and thinks deeply on systematic thinking and process method. Together with three theories, added to the analysis on the company's BPR proves the relations among three factors: they connect to and influence each others. During the management process, process method is needed to find out the problem, to research out the structural reasons to the problems in systematic thinking, and the BPR has a ultimate thinking and thorough reengineering to former way of job, and solve the problem. At the same time, systematic thinking and process method connect and influence each other too. The understanding of the relationships is of such significance that sometimes it determines the success of BPR.
