With the increasingly serious environmental problems,technological innovation and environmental regulation have become a hot topic in the world.In addition to relying on its own research and development capability to carry out green innovation,the spatial spillover effect has gradually become an important source of improving enterprises' green innovation ability.And green innovation activities is made up of a series of innovation activities,each activity between spatial spillover effect exists heterogeneity,and how to use spatial spillover effect maximize output in different stages of the green innovation remaining to be further in-depth study.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the spatial spillover of green innovation value chain and its influencing factors.First of all,we review the recent research on the innovation value chain,green innovation and spillover effect,and puts forward the research theme of this paper: on the basis of the study: Green innovation is divided into two stages of Green research and development and green achievement transformation,and the selection and treatment of the two stage theoretical framework and related variables are briefly introduced.After introducing the basis of the theory of spatial measurement,using the Moran index,the spatial autocorrelation test is carried out on the two stage output of green innovation in 30 provinces(except Tibet)in China for 2007-2015 years,and the spatial distribution of the output of green innovation in the two stage of China is preliminarily judged.Secondly,Using different static and dynamic spatial measurement models,the spatial regression analysis of green research and development output and green achievement conversion output of industrial enterprises in China is based on four kinds of spatial weighting matrices.The spatial model is selected according to the fitting degree of the regression estimation results,the maximum likelihood logarithm and the significant level of spatial correlation coefficient,and then the spatial total spillover effect of the green innovation two stage output is analyzed by the optimized spatial econometric model,and It also analyzes the direct and indirect effects of explanatory variables and control variables on the two stage output of green innovation.Finally,based on the results of two stage spacial spillover effect of green innovation,from the two aspects of the government and enterprises,we puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the green innovation output of industrial enterprises in China.The results show that the two stage output of green innovation in Chinese industrial enterprises has significant spatial positive correlation,and there is obvious regional agglomeration phenomenon.In the research and development stage of green innovation,the research and development fund stock has a positive promoting effect on output of green research and development of industrial enterprises in the region and adjacent areas.In green achievement transformation stage,the government support have positive spillover effect on green innovation achievements transformation output of region and adjacent areas.Environmental investment contributes to the spillover effect of the green innovation transformation in the region,but inhibits the spillover effect of green innovation transformation in adjacent areas.Contrary to environmental input,FDI contributes to the spillover effect of the green innovation transformation in the adjacent areas,but inhibits the spillover effect of green innovation transformation in region areas...
