Market economy provides the two-way choice of freedom to both enterprise and employees,but it also poses challenges to the enterprise.Generally speaking,the normal staff movement should be in and out,keeping basic dynamic balance,which is good for the healthy development of the enterprise.Nowadays,there exists abnormal phenomenon of employee turnover in many domestic enterprises,especially for the first-line operators.How to attract and retain grass-roots staff under the condition of ensuring the rapid growth of business,and how to deal with the stuff turnover problem,are becoming the biggest challenge for Chinese enterprise managers.This paper involves M electronics co.,LTD,a newly-built private enterprise,which is located in Taizhou binjiang industrial zone.Aiming at the problem of high staff turnover rate,by the way of expert teacher's advice and action learning,also combined with the staff turnover theoretical knowledge and action learning team members' management experience,we have a comprehensive and detail analysis of the current management situation of M company,and design and implement a series of scientific and effective measures for reducing staff turnover.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part describes the background to the study,the main content,purpose and meaning,and the theoretical and practical aspects of the value of this paper to make an overall assessment on.In the second part,the staff turnover,Human resource practices theory and methods are reviewed,having a detailed and systematic introduction for relevant theory.The third part introduces M company's case,a detailed analysis of the existing situation of the company's management system,found the problems.The fourth part conducted an empirical study on one of the reasons for the loss of staff,the time for working is too long.The fifth part is focused on designing and implementing the ways to reduce staff turnover rate from the perspective of human resource practices,and by formulating corporate institutions to further get it consolidated.The sixth part is a summary and evaluation of the ways to reduce staff turnover,mainly on the achieved,problems and future research prospects.This paper aims to provide reference for relevant Private growth companies to actively carry out the human resource management.
