In recent years, with the rapid development of globalization and vigorously implement of investment promotion by Chinese government, foreign enterprise have stepped into China like mushrooms after rain. As the northeast old industrial base, Shenyang have attracted many European and American automobile manufacturing enterprises. However, with the booming development of foreign manufacturing industry, some problems have also existed. Staff turnover is one of such problems. However, how to handle this problem is the purpose of this research.This article takes DAB (Shenyang) Corporation as a research object. Based on domestic and foreign theories of staff turnover, this article presents the situation and side effect of staff turnover, analyzes the reasons by interview and questionnaire survey thoroughly, reveals the problems existing in HRM and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.According to the specific and common turnover reasons of workers and office staff, countermeasures are as follows, raising salary and establishing humanized production management system to solve the turnover issues of workers; establishing career planning system, optimizing internal flow promotion system, optimizing staff training mechanism and enrich the content of job to improve the status of office staff turnover; strengthening the welfare system, establishing people based thought of culture, establishing employee turnover control mechanism to solve turnover common issues. This article has reference for solving the problem of staff turnover in DAB Corporation and similar problems encountered by similar enterprises.
