| The supply chain is an open system,with the formation of concepts such as industrial concentration and blockchain,the relationship between manufacturers,suppliers,and service providers is no longer a simple supply-demand relationship.Supplier management issues involve the operating status of the entire supply chain.Therefore,strengthening the management of suppliers has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.The suppliers of pharmaceutical companies and the materials or services they provide are related to the quality of products and the safety of patients,and their requirements are more stringent.Therefore,it is necessary for pharmaceutical companies to select and evaluate the corresponding suppliers,perform quality management,and implement good supplier relationship management and risk management with the company’s product quality as the primary goal in all links of suppliers.This dissertation uses the methods of identifying,analyzing and solving problems,and researches the supplier management model of the multinational company FK Pharmaceutical Company as a prototype.In the chapter of basic theory and literature review,a brief introduced the concepts of supply chain management and risk management and characteristics of pharmaceutical supply chain management.Those will be used as the basic theory of this dissertation.In the problem identification stage of this dissertation,summarize and summarize the problems existing in FK’s initial supplier management.These problems are common to a lot of pharmaceutical companies and has certain a lot of value of research;in the problem analysis stage,the causes of these problems are analyzed and explained;in the problem-solving stage,aiming at the problem itself and its root cause,a targeted improvement strategy was formulated,thus exploring a set of supplier management strategies that matched with FK.The optimized supplier management strategy of FK company was applied and verified.The improved supplier management measures were applied to the actual product production line supplier management process,and the GH injection production line was used as a case to further explain the optimized supplier management of FK Specific strategies.It can be seen from the application results that the strategies of optimized supplier management can be specifically implemented in the individual supplier management process,which is implementable and enforceable. |
