With the continues growing of consume for all of Chinese consumers,the imported good quality products are required more and more year by year,let take a good example of imported wood flooring business in China:because the fast demand growing for the imported wood flooring,everything is looks perfect,however,the related problems is coming out as well together with the growing,e.g.lower marketing concentration,similar products,same marketing,closed competing,etc.so it is obviously for the company set up and concentrate the best strategy and position for himself;meanwhile,this strategy and position are really important for the company's own long term development.In this paper,according to the theory of modern marketing and marketing management theory,the status of the domestic flooring market analysis and found that HL's flooring products to develop the Chinese market and have a certain competitiveness,but also there are some problems,such as:HL's import promotion Wood flooring how to market the product positioning,how in a limited market for greater market share.In view of the problems faced by HL companies,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's flooring market,analyzes the external environment of HL Company by using the Porter's five-force model,and adopts SWOT analysis method to compete with HL's competitive advantage and competition Weaknesses and the opportunities and challenges of the existence of a detailed analysis.On this basis,detailed discussion and construction of HL company floor products marketing mix,the product,price,distribution,promotion and service strategy.
