The current weak global economic growth,with the market economic situation becomes clear,business competition is increasingly fierce,how to let the enterprise survive caught in a crisis,as the first elements of the productive forces is the major issues are most in need of attention.The construction industry competition among enterprises can be carried out from the aspects of project quality,safety,schedule,cost and so on,but all these factors all need talent to complete execution,so after all is the talent competition.PT company as a construction enterprise,has the characteristics of high liquidity talents,and middle-level cadres enterprises have emerged the trend of fault,so the construction conforms to the enterprise strategic points of talent has positive significance.According to the relevant theoretical foundation,the domestic and foreign past experience and the difficulties of PT company's current talent echelon construction,it is pointed out that the enterprise talent echelon construction should be based on internal training and supplemented by external attraction.Through the construction of the talent quality model,the specific construction process,and the establishment of corresponding supporting mechanisms,and ultimately to meet the sustained and healthy development of talent echelon construction goals.This paper analyzes the theory and practical experience at home and abroad enterprise talent echelon construction,combined with the current form of complex economic society,emphasizes the combination of theory and practice,to explore the construction of talents for the enterprise,the industry of scientific models and methods to inject vitality into the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.
