With the continuous development of the economy and society,the core competitiveness of enterprises also changes dynamically with the changes of the market competition environment.From the initial short supply to the increasingly high degree of information technology,the market has entered the stage of high-intensity competition.The competition of enterprises has also changed from the competition of productivity level to the competition of marketing ability,and then to the competition of unique resources or capabilities of enterprises in a certain aspect.Until now,enterprises must strengthen the comprehensive capabilities of research and development,manufacturing,marketing,innovation and learning to ensure that they are not eliminated by the market.All activities of enterprises need human resources as support,so talents have become the key to enterprise competition.And the construction of talent echelon has become an important work of enterprise human resource management.I selected representative literatures to sort out the contents,and found that the existing researches were conducted from the aspects of talent selection,employment,education,retention and so on.In general,the research methods were rich and varied,the research topics were different from time to time,and the research conclusions were cross-integrated,etc.The deficiency was that most of the researches were on the level of theoretical methods,and specific cases were rarely presented completely.This paper takes Fusheng Electronics Co.,LTD as the research object to study how it,in the fierce market competition environment,through the construction of talent team,on the one hand,enables employees to have a clear personal career development plan,on the other hand,solves the problem of talent supply in the company,pursues the supply without time difference,so as to improve corporate performance and realize the sustainable development of individuals and organizations.First of all,the short-term development goals of the company were obtained through interviews,and the overall demand for human resources within three years was clearly defined.Secondly,through a comprehensive inventory of the current situation of talents in the company,many problems in the construction of talent echelon are found,and the problems are analyzed to find the reasons.Finally,the talent echelon construction scheme of Fusheng Electronics Company is studied:(1)The goal and principle of talent echelon construction are set,and the overall direction of talent echelon construction is determined;(2)Defined the composition of talent echelon and designed career development channels and paths for talent echelon,providing space and direction for talent development;(3)The competency of the position was extracted through the questionnaire method and the talent evaluation center was established,that is,the criteria for talent recruitment and selection were established;(4)According to the gap between echelon talents and target positions,corresponding promotion and training plans are formulated to provide an effective way for talent development.The successful implementation of the talent echelon construction plan cannot be separated from a good corporate culture,support from the top management,and effective salary incentive as a safeguard measure for talent echelon construction.Therefore,at the end of the paper,the company’s cultural activities,related organizational security institutions and the company’s salary incentive management system are studied.This study has positive significance for personal growth and optimization of talent echelon construction in Fusheng Electronics Company.
