With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,small and medium enterprises have gradually become a force in the development of national economy.Therefore,the development of SMEs will have a direct impact on the development of the entire national economy.The working capital management of the enterprise also appears especially important at this time.Because the level of the working capital management will affect the development of the enterprise directly.Therefore,focus on how to excavate the available resources from the inside,and combine the characteristics and advantages of SMEs,through the state’s existing policy support,improve the enterprise’s own operating capital management level and awareness,optimize the operation of small and medium enterprises to manage funds,has become the primary issue.The STC company studied in’ this paper is such a enterprise,because it belongs to the state-owned small and medium-sized Enterprises,its operation fund management problems will be more representative.As the company’s profits have been declining over the years,is it trying to make a change in the management model of its operating capital to raise some of the profits for the company?This paper expounds the related theories and concepts of working capital,then takes STC company as an example,analyzes the data of the company before optimization,and sums up the summary,then analyzes a series of practical problems in the process of the management of STC company,sums up the causes and analyzes the optimized countermeasures.The optimization results are evaluated and the corresponding safeguard measures are finally put forward.It is hoped that through this research,can establish a solid theoretical foundation for re-planning of the management scheme and system of STC,and also can provide some useful methods and ideas for STC and some similar SMEs in the management of operating funds... |
