Since the rapid development of the economy since the 21 st century,people's living standards have been greatly improved,and their spending power has also increased,which has led to the prosperity of the advertising industry.With the application of the Internet technology advertising industry is also undergoing rapid changes,the advancement of technology is driving the market to further expand,covering the field to expand segment by section.However,because there are many new enterprises in the industry,and these enterprises are in the early stage of development,due to the neglect of financial management,there are many shortcomings and loopholes in their operation fund management,such as slow capital turnover and high current liabilities.Problems such as more inventory backlogs have greatly limited the improvement of overall comprehensive capabilities and become a major bottleneck for development.Therefore,in order to minimize the financial risks faced by enterprises,we must pay attention to the management of working capital,so as to continuously promote the improvement of competitiveness.This paper has carried out detailed search and collation for the theoretical analysis and discussion results of the existing working capital management at home and abroad.At the same time,it gives a brief overview of the current status of the advertising media industry,and forecasts the future development of the industry and the trend of the big environment.Through the research and discussion on the annual financial data of 10 representative enterprises in the advertising media industry from 2012 to 2016,this paper summarizes the specific characteristics of the current working capital management of enterprises in this industry.At the same time,with the help of the work carried out by S company,based on the company's development goals and main business,the company discussed the current working capital management of the company from the financial data,and explored the causes according to the problems and deficiencies.Provide targeted and operative advice and improvement measures.This paper uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,survey analysis and case analysis.By understanding the management of the company's working capital,we will find out the shortcomings and shortcomings in time,and provide corresponding opinions based on this,and make relevant suggestions,in order to provide useful opinions and suggestions to the advertising media companies.
